Today is Day 3 of Drop 10 Weight Loss Challenge. So I cheat today. I ate outside my eating window and the food I ate is not in the Drop 10 menu. I feel bad but on a positive side I didn't drink my favorite super creamy white coffee. I didn't drink calories today, yay!

1. Choose the best time to cheat on your diet
