I love affirmations. Weight loss affirmations is simply a positive statements written or spoken in the present tense that focus on the outcome or weight loss goal you want to achieve. Of course, affirmations are not the magic mantra which will make you lose weight overnight just by saying them, but what they will do is alter the unconscious thought process of your mind so that you naturally go about your daily life in a way that helps you lose weight. Saying a daily affirmation will help change the way you think about food and how much you eat. I learn about this beautiful principle in Jack Canfield's "How to Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be."
