The Cons of Weight Loss Tea
  1. Weight loss tea contains senna which cause stomach discomfort, cramps, and diarrhea.
  2. Long-term use can change the amount or balance of some chemicals in the blood (electrolytes) that can cause heart function disorders, muscle weakness, liver damage, and other harmful effects.
  3. Using weight loss tea for more than 2 weeks can cause the bowels to stop functioning normally and might cause dependence on laxatives.
