I had been down on 0.5kg yesterday. I was 69.5kg last week and I am glad to be 69kg this week, though that was not my targeted goal this week.

I had been down on 0.5kg yesterday. I was 69.5kg last week and I am glad to be 69kg this week, though that was not my targeted goal this week.
After an unhealthy week, I decided to do a detox and go on a 3 day water fast this week. But I fall off with my plan to start water fast today, instead I have egg mayonnaise sandwiches for lunch and another egg mayonnaise sandwiches for dinner. That could be around 250 to 350 calories? According to Australian Lifestyle & Fitness, I must run for 29 min, walk for 83 min, swim for 36 min, cycle for 36 min, aerobics for 49 min, a 36 min tennis and 59 mins lifting weights to get rid the calorie consumed. But today I am in low motivation period, so I call today an off-day workout.
Sometimes we feel lack of motivation to continue with our diet and exercise. Practicing positive self affirmation can give us a very welcome boost to our motivation to lose weight. Here are 50 famous motivational quotes you can use as self affirmation to increase and keep your motivation to lose weight.
