Day 4 on Water Fasting for Weight Loss: I Feel Stronger!

I am on water fasting for weight loss, and it is day 3.

Today I am feeling better than yesterday. But my mouth feel sore and and become dry. I've been also experiencing leg cramps. I haven't had a bowel movement since I start fasting, and that's because there is no solid food ingested during water fasting, so the bowel does not have any fiber to work against. 

A light exercise during water fasting helps me to ease muscle tension. I have fall in love with Pilates. I discover that Pilates is less intense than cardio and doing it decrease my lower back pain.

3. Weight Loss Pilates by Kristin McGee

I actually have no idea what causes my lower back pain. Could it be trapped wind causes that pain? I might need body massage right now.
