Megan Fox has revealed earlier this year that her incredibly slim figure was down to a strict vegan diet. If your new year's resolution to lose weight has probably fallen by the way side, it's okay to start all over again. Diet, exercise and lose weight as your end year's resolution.
This is the 7 day High Fiber (Vegetarian) Diet Plan:
Day 1Breakfast - 2 slices whole-grain bread, 2 tsp low-fat vegetable spread, 6 cucumber slices, 1 tsp flaxseed
Morning snack - Kiwi fruit
Lunch - 1 serving polenta with 2 tbsp mushroom. 60g fresh spinach with 1 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Afternoon snack - 4 dried apricots
Dinner - 30g iceberg lettuce, 30g fresh spinach, 1 medium tomato, 30g kidney beans, 1/2 sliced cucumber, 2 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette, 1 slice whole-grain bread
Day 2
Breakfast - 40 g bran flakes with 250 ml soy milk, 4 prunes
Morning snack - 1 pear
Lunch - 7g g brown rice with peas and carrots, 60 g romaine lettuce with 1 tbsp. olive oil vinaigrette
Afternoon snack - 4 dried figs
Dinner - salad made with 2 tbsp, kidney beans, 2 tbsp. lima beans, 2 tbsn black bean, 1/2 small chopped onion, 2 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette, 1 slice whole-grain bread
Day 3Breakfast - 75g cooked bran oat with
2 tsp. flaxseed, 1 tbsp raisins
Morning snack - 1 apple
Lunch - 85 g quinoa pasta with marinara sauce, 60g romaine lettuce with 1 tbsp. olive
oil vinaigrette
Afternoon snack - 4 dried dates
Dinner - 30g
romaine lettuce, 30g iceberg lettuce, 2 tbsp kidney beans, 2 tbsp lima beans, 2
tbsp olive oil vinaigrette, 1 slice whole-grain bread
Day 4Breakfast - 2 slice whole rye bread with 2
tbsp low-fat vegetable spread, 4 dried figs
Morning snack - 1 orange
Lunch - 85g wheat pasta with 1 chopped tomato, garlic, fresh basil and
arugula, 60g fresh spinach with 1 tbsp. olive oil vinaigrette
Afternoon
snack - 4 dried apricots
Dinner - 30g romainne lettuce, 30g fresh
spinach, 1 medium tomato, 50 g tinned corn, 1/2 green bell pepper, 2 tbsp. olive
oil vinaigrette
Day 5Breakfast - 75g oatmeal with 100g strawberries
Morning snack - 4 tbsp blueberries
Lunch - 75g brown rice with mushrooms, 60g iceberg lettuce with 1 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Afternoon snack - 4 prunes
Dinner - 2 tomatoes, 30g fresh spinach, 30g romaine lettuce, 2 tbsp kidney beans, 2 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette, 1 slice whole-grain bread

Day 7Breakfast - 75g cooked bran oat with 2 tbsp flaxseed, 4 dried apricots
Morning snack - 1 apple
Lunch - 75g brown rice
with pears and carrots, 60g romaine lettuce with 1 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Afternoon snack - 4 prunes
Dinner - Salad made with 2 tomatoes, 1 large green bell pepper, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 1 tbsp pine nuts, 2 tbsp olive oil vinaigrette, 1 slice whole-grain bread
