To get a flat stomach without failing, women need to understand they will need to make some different lifestyle choices to keep it permanent. And that may very well mean not be able to socialize with others who can be a negative influence.
2. Don’t expect it to be easy
While to get a flat stomach doesn’t have to be a chore, women need to come to grips with the fact that it is going to take effort. Anything worth doing never is. Accept the fact there will be some tough times ahead to get flat stomach successfully. That is why it is so important to surround yourself with positive people. They will help support you when you face obstacles.
