Can definitely use it. I too am blogging about my weight loss journey. This weight loss has been harder for me than previous. Probably more weight to lose. I just managed to jump over a plateau and what helped me the most was thinking about what I have already accomplished. I eat very slowly and not usually past 9 or 10 pm. And I'm not that into dinner. I'm VERY hungry for breakfast and lunch so I just follow what my body says and I never overdo it on dinner.
